Deborah is a Communications and Engagement Consultant with more than 20 years of stakeholder and community engagement experience coupled with training expertise. As a Consultant with Social Atlas, she leads the delivery of robust engagement programs on behalf of clients to achieve collaborative results.

Deb is skilled in impacted landowner engagement, property acquisition, environmental and planning approvals, and key technical inputs including social impact assessment. She is also adept in the development of digital and web strategies to support innovative and effective engagement and consultation.

She has a proven ability to liaise and negotiate effectively and to work productively with a range of stakeholders at all levels, and has experience working with diverse members of the community, including people with disadvantaged backgrounds and unique needs.
