Michelle has an extensive background as a consultant working in social impact, engagement, trade, and development roles. She has experience both within Australia and internationally, having previously worked with the Australian Trade Commission in the Middle East, social development organisations in the Sub-Continent, World Bank and ADB within the Pacific Region and for Banking and Finance institutions in Europe. 

As a non-executive board member of Social Atlas, Michelle provides ongoing oversight and guidance to the business, to support and inform its strategic direction, effective management, and overall governance. Focused on responsible business practices and long-term sustainability, her insights and experience ensure the company can continue to adapt to changing market conditions, promoting effective growth and long-term sustainability whilst ensuring best practice and innovation is considered.

Michelle is a certified B-corporation member and is passionate about shared value outcomes that support robust project outcomes including social and environmental sustainability.
